Star of Bombay London Dry Gin adds bergamot and ambrette to the line-up of Bombay botanicals. The result is a beautifully aromatic gin with Muniper, coriander, and citrus peels backed by a complex array of spices that leads to a long and a pleasant finish. Though intensely flavorful and relatively high in proof, it doesn’t have any off-putting bitterness. Star of Bombay would be a great selection for classic gin cocktails calling for a London dry.
